Our 30,000 sq. ft. secure storage facility in Hackensack, NJ is located at the crux of several major shipping lanes, where experienced warehouse managers and trained personnel provide “white-glove” handling of your client’s new furniture.
When your shipment arrives at the warehouse, our furniture inventory specialists unload your product and perform the reconciliation with the BOL. Receiving records are created electronically, and we will proactively notify you of any shortages, overages, discrepancies, or transit damage.
Digital Means Easy Access
All receiving and damage records are maintained electronically for ease of access to information. Once the receiving record is entered in our system, it is immediately available for your review.
Vigilant Damage Control
Our storage experts will inspect for damage immediately upon receipt. Digital images are taken to expedite any freight damage claims.
Warehouse staff are routinely available to receive product orders from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Delivery is possible outside these hours with a simple phone call.
